When I was young my dream was to start a restaurant with the best wines and the best food. I went to a cooking school to learn everything about the best combinations and about the best wines. I did an internship in one off the best restaurants in my country. One thing that I learned at my internship is that one of the best wines in the world is from Argentina. After my internship and my graduating I started reading and learning more about the Argentina wines.
I went to Argentina for a month to learn everything from the Argentina’s wines. The best place to do that is in Mendoza, where a lot of vineyards and wine companies are. Before I came in Argentina I searched for the greatest wine list in argentina so I knew where to go and I knew which wines I had to taste. I went to many wine tasting and I can say now that it is true that the Argentina wines are one of the best in the world.
It is now 4 years ago that I went to Argentina to taste the wines. I opened my own restaurant and I have a lot of wines on my menu that I took of the greatest wine list in Argentina. My customers love the lovely Argentina Malbecs and Sauvignons, but they also really like the bonarda wines because my customers are not well known with the bonarda grape. I can say that my customers really like the fact that I’m only serving Argentina wines. These are the wines that the people don’t know. My restaurant is going really well. Lots of restaurant had to close because of the economic crisis, my restaurant is everyday fully packed. I’m living my dream.
